Cascade is the hop that made hops famous. It single-handedly defined the American Pale Ale style. Orange blossom with a hint of fresh citrus. Less astringent and more delicate than a typical PNW cascade. Our Connecticut Cascade imparts strong floral notes that are not commonly found in a typical Cascade.
